Business travelers raise potential tax, employment and immigration risks for themselves and their employers.
In a survey conducted by KMPG determined that many companies have some awareness of the risks, but do not pay adequate attention to them. Even worse, about 1/3 of those surveyed reported that their companies had already experienced compliance problems - with tax and immigration being the most commonly cited problem.
