Strong fences, good neighbors make?

At www.borderfencenepa.com, the government shows maps where the border fence will extend in the Rio Grande Valley. Rather than a continuous fence, the plan is to erect fence segments only – apparently with open gaps in between. The fence design requires the fence be at least 16 feet high and 3 – 6 feet below ground. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2008.
