Switzerland real estate market to get a kick with European and US Corporate Relocation

© KeckoThere seems to be an increase in trend of corporate clients relocating their office based functions from European and U.S markets and this trend seems to be giving a push to property market out there. The trend is expected to continue as the economy improves and profitability comes back as this would enable them to examine their tax positions. When compared with the rest of the European market, the Swiss market is quite small in terms of office space stock and any inward relocation could lead to excellent recovery of the rental market.
Till now the Swiss market was considered to be one of the most stable markets across Europe as it can be judged from the fact that the rental values slid by just 3% in 2009. During recession most of the market focused on relocation and consolidation. Lower taxes and business friendly environment is the primary reason for companies to relocate to Switzerland. Also skilled workforce and higher living standards are other factors which attract people to this country. Several sectors have expressed interest to move to Switzerland prominent of which include banking and finance, bio-technical, healthcare and pharmaceutical.
Seems the economy of Switzerland is having a very good time at present.
