Global Mobility Report: Our Mission

This blog is for employment-based immigration decision makers. Whether you are a human resource professional, a relocation company, an entrepreneur, an investor, a professional, or anyone else interested in global mobility issues. The focus is not limited to visas and immigration, but all of the issues related to the movement of personnel across borders. Immigration is at the core, but the topics include employment, employee benefits, tax and estate planning, company formation, driver's license, education, etc. - all of the concerns that should be addressed when relocating personnel to a new country - regardless of where in the world.

I am an attorney in Silicon Valley, where I primarily represent multinational companies, entrepreneurs and foreign professionals on employment-based visas and immigration for the United States and many other countries. Global mobility is more than visas and immigration; employment law, taxes, compensation and benefits, and many other related topics. With so much happening in so many parts of the world that affect global mobility, I want to use this blog as a forum to share this information.
